“3 Promises to keep us From Hiding the Gospel”
2 Corinthians 4:3

Is it possible for us as a Christian to hide the gospel? Yes it is possible according to this verse.
The gospel is the only thing that exposes our sin.
We have a responsibility to let our light shine and to share the gospel.
- His plan
John 3:16
Jesus had a plan and that was to die for all of mankind.
He had to be a perfect sacrifice.
God has a plan for all of us who are saved.
God speaks to us through His Word.
He wants us to share it with this lost and dying world.
Surrender is the greatest thing about the Christian life.
2 Corinthians 3:1-5
There is a spiritual Christian and a carnal Christian.
If anything or anyone is put ahead of God in our life it is an idol.
The marks of being carnal are: envying, strife, and divisions.
The devil wants to destroy the church.
Witnessing is just planting or watering the gospel in someone’s life.
Someone needs us to plant or water the gospel in their life.
Our witness is very important.
Witnessing is a team effort.

Luke 24:46
We do not have to know everything about the Bible in order to witness to someone. We just need to tell them what the Lord did for us.
God changes the heart.
When we witness, we are not witnessing alone.
Acts 1:8
We all have a Jerusalem.
We do not have to fear because God will give us boldness and confidence.
Philippians 1:12
God will take way our fear and give us boldness.
We can have His power.
Pride keeps us from witnessing to others.
- His purpose.
God’s purpose is to seek and to save that which was lost.
God will save all that will come to Him for salvation. He will not sure any away.
We need some tears and some compassion for this lost and dying world.
