“I’m On the Winning Side”
Romans 8:31-39

If you are saved you are more than conquerors.
You should be winning by a long shot because God is on your side.
To be on the winning side you have to be born again.
You must be on God’s team in order to win.
You may feel like you are only winning by a little bit, but you are really winning by a lot.
- Because the Father didn’t hold Him back – v. 32
God spared not His own Son. He gave His very best for us.
His Son wanted to come; He wanted to die for our sins.
God sent His best for our worst.
God didn’t hold Him back from pain and suffering that He went through.
God allowed His own Son to suffer untold pain and suffering for your sins.
- Because death couldn’t keep Him.
It’s not just about death; it’s about Jesus living again.
Death could not keep Him, He rose again.
If death couldn’t keep Him, death cannot keep you either if you’re saved.
Death cannot keep Him because He is God and He is alive.
- Nobody could stop Him.
God will always be the conqueror.
Nobody could detour Him from the cross.
He had a job to do and He let nothing stop Him.
Hebrews 12:2
- Because nobody can separate you from God – v. 35-37
John 10:28
Nobody can separate you from God.
There is a 100% guarantee that you are going to win.
You forget from time to time that you are more than conquerors.
The devil wants you to think you’re losing.
God has a plan for your life and it will get done.
- Because no one can love you better than Him – v. 38-39
God’s love will never fail you.
God loves you just the way you are.
No matter how bad you get, God will love you still.
No matter how far away from God you get, He will still love you.
If you’re lost, God still loves you.
BUS MINISTRY UPDATE:
This morning we had 36 kids to ride the bus from the McDuffie County route and we had 6 kids to ride the bus from the Columbia County route. We had 2 new riders this morning.
