“Marriage”

I Peter 3:1-7

There’s a battle, we should live as Christians. I Peter 2:11-17

We’re to act as husband and wife obediently even though those around us aren’t.

      Imitate Christ (as Ladies)  I Peter 3:1-6

      Imitate Christ (as Men) I Peter 3:7

I. Use Your Head.  Ecclesiastes 5:6

     Husbands- dwell with them according to knowledge.

     Man’s first responsibility is his wife.

    The first 12 months of marriage is critical because it is laying the foundation.

    God loved the unlovely.  He loved clearly.

    Love doesn’t come naturally, we must work at it.  Ephesians 5:25

II Use your heart.  I Peter 3:7

     The wife is delicate and easily wounded.  You must treat her like fine china.

     We must act obediently in GOD’s likeness.
