“Being Overwhelmed With God”
Luke 1:39-56

God has been so good to you this past year.
- By His grace – vs. 46-48
She was a nobody, yet God chose to use her.
Why God keeps putting up with your stupidity, is beyond your comprehension.
God shows you grace every day of your life.
God showed His Grace to you in salvation.
God knows exactly who you are yet God still wants to use you.
- By His greatness – v. 49
God has done great things for you.
If you’ll take a minute, you’ll think of many things that God did for you this past year to show His greatness to you.
- By the blessings of her generation and the generations to come – v. 50
Fear Him and He will be know from generation to generation.
No matter what, you can serve God.
If you will fear God, your kids will know Him and be able to serve Him.
Mercy – Goodwill toward the miserable.
Fearing the Lord is:
Reverencing the Lord
Respecting the Lord
Respond to the Lord.
The key is to fear God.
- By the guarding of her life – vs. 51-52
God has guarded your way.
God got her to where she needed to be so she could be used greatly by God.
God will move you and guard you so that He can place you where you need to be so you can be used by God.
Has the luster of how great God is diminished in your life? Have you been able to do things without God’s help in your life? If so, get overwhelmed with who God is, and it will change you.
BUS MINISTRY UPDATE:
The Lord allowed us to have 38 kids to ride the buses and vans today. We had 2 new riders this morning. It is such a joy to see them come faithfully every Sunday. God has truly blessed us and blessed the bus ministry.
