“Being Overwhelmed With God” – Part 2
Luke 1:39-56

- By His guarding of her life.
Psalm 89:13; Psalm 98:1
Right arm of God speaks of His power and might.
His strength never fails when you need Him.
Your strength weakens over time, but God’s strength will always be the same.
God will scatter your enemies. God cares enough about you to care about your enemies.
God can help you get over any problem that you will ever face.
- By His goodness – v. 53
There is no emptiness in serving God.
Hunger for the things of God, and God will fill your hunger.
Get hungry for God and He will fill it.
If you are not careful you will get sufficient in yourself and thin you can do it with God’s help.
God takes notice when you get hungry.
- God the generosity of God’s mercy – v. 54
Generosity – there was plenty of mercy for Israel.
Israel did not deserve the generous mercy of God on them.
You many times do not deserve the generous mercy of God yet God still shows you mercy.
God shows generous mercy because He loves you.
The mercy of God propped the children of Israel up, and it will prop you up as well.
God will prop you up with His mercy before we fall.
You can’t fall because God is holding you up.
If God will do it for Israel, He will do it for you as well.
If you need Him, He is always there!
