“Don’t Forget It’s A Battle”
Ephesians 6:10-18

You don’t realize you are in a battle.
The wickedness is moving in even when you don’t see it moving.
If you open the door, you’ll never be able to get it closed.
If you’re going to win, you’re going to have to have:
- A closeness with God – v. 10
You will not make it without a closeness to God.
You get strong by doing the same thing over and over again every just, you just add more to it every day.
Your strength is obtained by a consistent, steady walk with God.
Your strength comes from God.
Without a close walk with God, the Word of God is not real in your life.
You are susceptible to anything if you do not have a close walk with God.
You’re never too old to mess up, so a closeness to God is always needed.
Anybody can fall away from God.
Darkness will prevail if you do not realize you are in a battle.
- Courage – v. 11
You put on your armour because you’re in a battle.
Purpose in your heart to fight and to battle.
If you do not have a purpose you will not serve God and you will not fight.
God has a job for you to do. Purpose in your heart to do that job.
Purpose to God like you do to everything else in life.
It takes courage to take a stand.
You will have an evil day. They are going to come.
