“I Know a Man Who Can”
Mark 8:1-9

This miracle in the Bible is only recorded in one other Book of the Bible; it is recorded in Matthew 15.
The disciples are really saying what man can take care of this problem.
In our problems we forget about the One Who can solve our problems.
- He cares even when we forget the blessings of the past.
Just 2 chapters earlier in Mark 6, Jesus had fed 5,000 men (not counting the women and children).
In 2 chapters the disciples forget God’s blessings.
God is broken when we think God cannot fix where we are at.
How quickly we forget the blessings of God on our life.
We forget how God meets our needs every day.
God cares even when we have forgotten the blessings of the past.
In the Bible God over, and over, and over again tells us to remember.
- He cares about the problems of the present.
The last place we want to be hungry is in the wilderness.
There will be times we will get in a place where there is no answer around us, we are in wilderness times during those times.
We get in these places so we can get our eyes on the One Who can help us.
Are we going to trust Him, or are we going to walk out of the wilderness hungry?
We get confused about things because for too long we handled things are our own.
We are so blessed yet we forget where it came from.
The wilderness is good for us. We need God now in our lives.
Jesus can still answer our need in the present time.
Jesus knows how long we have been dealing with our problems and He cares about us.
- He cares about the problems of our future.
Jesus said they could not make it with Him.
We cannot make it without Him. We will faint by the way if we do not have Him.
If we do not let God help us today we will not make it tomorrow.
God cares about every single detail of our life.
God cares about the future of our life and the problems that we will have in our future.
We are standing right next to the One Who can solve all of our problems.
God cares about us making it. He already has it set up how we can make it.
We will not make it if God does not do something in our life.
Without God we cannot be what we need to be for Him.
We wobble and quit because we forget that we need God.
- He cares about the very details of what we need.
God met every detail of our needs.
God meets our needs until we are filled.
God knows every detail and meets every detail of our need. Nothing is left undone.
The small things in life are just as important as the big things in life.
God cares about the details of our life.
He will take something we do not like and make us like it to meet our needs.
The multitude left full that day. Will we leave full?
Wherever we are at, there is a Man that can.
When God does something good in our life we will remember it.
