All your problems are not answered by prayer alone.
Watch – To abstain from sleeping.
No commitment, nothing will happen in your life.
They are as close to the Lord as they could be and Jesus told them to “watch and pray.”
- Because danger is lurking.
Be careful with temptation.
Temptation is always around.
Be on the lookout; be on guard.
Your most vulnerable times for danger are when you are the closest to the Lord.
Just because things are going great in your life does not mean temptation is not around the corner.
Great men fell because they did not watch and pray.
You need to get scared of your flesh; which is a good thing.
Does not matter how old you are or how young you are.
Fall asleep and you are in trouble with the devil.
If you sleep you will succumb to temptation.
If you want to serve God, you better watch and pray.
There is an entrance for you to step in.
- For detours are lurking – Acts 20:29-31
Grievous wolves do not care they are carless renegades.
Do not forget when God speaks to your heart and help you.
Nothing matters to a wolf, and no one scares a wolf. The wolf is not scared of you.
Watch those that go contrary to the Word of God; watch those that change their beliefs.
Watch out if what they say does not line up with the Word of God.
They have constraining words; they know how to talk.
The wolf wants to ruin you.
- The devil is real – 1 Peter 5:8
Be serious, be watching.
The devil hates you tonight. His hatred is for everyone.
He is looking for a spot to attack you.
The devil is looking for your to give him one little spot.
The devil can bit you and he can knock you out if you’re not watchful.
The devil will get both of your eyes.
The devil will take away that which will help you to watch.
