“Preacher, Prophet, Prisoner”

I. Preacher

       A preacher should be ready at any time. Vs. 18

       Reprove– You shouldn’t do that.

       Rebuke – You better not do that.

       Exhort – You should do that.  Beseech to do the right thing.

       a. Preach completely. Vs. 27

           Preach the whole council

       b. Preach clearly. Vs. 20

       c. Preach compassionately. Vs. 31

           Preach with a heavy heart.

       d. Preach courageously.

           Witness with fear. Rom. 8:31

       e. Preach cautiously.

II.   Prophet

       a. Point out the task vs. 28

       b. Predicting the trouble. Vs. 29

       c. Pictured the type of person we should be. Vs. 29

       d. Predicting a turning away.

III. Prisoner

      a. Be a prisoner for Christ. Vs. 24

      b. Be a witness of the gospel

      c. Holy Ghost witnesseth. Vs. 28

      d. Be a withstanding prisoner. I Cor. 15:58
