“What is An Altar For?”
Genesis 8:20-22

An altar is to alter you.
God is interested in clean things.
The altar is the place where you get right with God.
There is a deceptive altar. I Kings 18:25-26
They were not repenting Exo. 32:5
They were rebellious.
Altars are not always spiritual.
If we’re not careful we will let things slide that God wouldn’t approve of.
There is an altar of thanksgiving.
An Altar is not just for repenting.
It is a time to reflect on how good God has been to us.
An altar is a place of victory.
