“What Will Help you Make it Through the Midnight?”

Midnight – The transition from one day to another.
Midnight – Very dark, very quiet, and lonely.
Midnight is the darkest time of the night.
No matter how long we have been saved, we will go through at least one midnight in our life; but probably more than one.
Sometimes we may think that we cannot make it, but we can make it.
- Have to stay with the right friends.
The devil will try to get us to run from those that care about us.
We need to stay with our friends.
We do not have to be alone.
Our true friends are the ones that keep us in church.
When God moves in our life during those midnight hours, we will remember those times.
- Keep short tabs with God
They prayed.
We need to spend a lot of time with the Lord.
God could help them when no one else could help them.
Sometimes God is the only one that can help us.
We have to have God in order to make it.
- Have to have a song to help us.
There was a song in their heart.
It is a song he already knew.
The devil will try to get us to withdraw from all of our help.
God somehow gives us the strength to keep going.
God will help us by giving us a song to help us make it through those midnight hours.
- Have to have God.
We will get all alone if we do not have God to help us.
Get God!!
How we deal with our midnight times can help our prisoners (those looking at us).
Do what is right in the midst of our midnight times.
How we handle these times is what will make all the difference to others.
We have no idea who is paying attention to our lives.
They are watching how we respond.
They got a hold of God and that helped them pass form one day to another. They went from a day of sorrow to a day of revival.
